a tune that you sing
whenever you are in front of me
9 days seemed so long
and yet it passed so fast
i wished it went by slower
and yet only for a moment it last
you were there the whole time
but i don't know why
why don't i feel you?
for what felt like a crime
became a cry
i lay late in my bed
tossing and turning
you were in my mind
oh how i'm sick of it
i then realized i've been a fool
to treat you like someone special
while you treated me like stool
from now on i'll be on my own
